Problem
Nova was a new clinical platform with no existing admin infrastructure. Hospital IT administrators needed a purpose-built way to onboard clinical staff and configure their access across multiple applications — accounting for the varied and complex role structures within a hospital.
Solution
We designed a groups-based admin portal where IT admins can organize users by clinical role, assign app-specific permissions per group, and manage membership at scale — reducing configuration overhead and making access control legible to non-technical admins.
